How do you define leadership?
Leadership is about much more than management or recognition. Leadership is selflessness, innovation, and putting others needs before your own in order to get the goal accomplished.
What motivates you to get up and go to work each day?
Knowing that sexual assault, discrimination, and interpersonal violence have the potential to derail the purpose of future scholars, doctors, attorneys, teachers, mothers and fathers. Building ally’s and prosocial bystanders is why I come to work on 110 daily.
What was your first job?
Program Coordinator at the Shack Neighborhood House.
What are your favorite hobbies?
Writing, hiking, and community service

Being a first-generation college graduate, becoming a mother, and joining the greatest sorority ever Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
